Superhero parodies

A set of superhero parodies in a Hero Academy type style with redesigns and evolutions. The actual characters these are based on are of course owned by their respective owners.

Bumblebee Furniture

The Belgian Furniture store Bumblebee Furniture commissioned RicoD for the design and production of themed panels for their furniture lines: Pirates and Gnomes. These were all made at print resolution for the furniture panels.

Pirateship Crib (7 panels)
The goal was not to make a simulation, but rather to give a children's book styled impression and feeling.

The pirateship house bed was done in a different, cleaner style. Although heavier in detail, I prefer the more painterly feel of the crib. (9 panels)

Gnome Forest crib (7 panels) 

Like the pirate ship crib these panels were more in a children's book style with an aim at giving an impression.
